Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

We do not accept [cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfers] for online orders.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown in [pounds sterling (GBP)] [and include VAT where applicable]. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. [Orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery.]
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised and taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful. We process orders after payment is received and any necessary verification is complete.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Card details are encrypted and handled by our payment providers. Laurick Roofing never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. Orders are not processed until payment has been received in full.
Pricing errors
We take care to display accurate prices. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
